Mathis Philippe

Mathis PHILIPPE - After completing his BA in English Literature at the University of Franche Comté and University of Galway, he decided to further his education as an MA student here at KU, as well as work as a TA in the French Department. 

After that, he spent two years traveling and was working as an Online French Tutor but eventually decided to resume his Accademic Career and pursue his PhD at KU. 

His interests encompass a wide array of topics but he has been predominantly focusing on Medieval literature and more specifically Metamorphoses in the works of socially and geographically displaced writers - such as Marie de France.
